Position: Principal Second Violin 

Details: Lead the second violin section of an amateur orchestra. 

Anticipated start date: September 17,  2025

The timing and format of the audition will be communicated to the applicants once applications are received.  The audition is non-intimidating and simple.  Audition repertoire is listed below.  Please note that this is an unpaid position and that membership fees to the orchestra ($75 per concert ) will still apply.   Please consider joining us.   

The Kanata Symphony Orchestra is an amateur orchestra, located in the Kanata, a suburb of Ottawa. This long standing orchestra performs 3 - 4 orchestral programs each season, featuring a wide variety of repertoire. Members consist of amateurs and professionals of a wide age group.
